There cant be a RS.
NOUV needs to be updated on all filings to do so.
They arent.
In lieu of common stock, NOUV is issuing preferred shares to PURA shareholders that can then be converted into common shares of NOUV.
Thats the dilutive concern, but like everybody has been saying, it seems as if that news has been largely absorbed by the most recent buyers.
What will happen once these shares come unglued, is something I don't want to be around to experience if i happen to be long the NOUV commons.
