Taxes on 0 value is the same amount in the US as it is in Dubai

Flagship parked their 100 Million shares in Dubai. That is the take away. They did this because there is no capital gains tax in Dubai. They are expecting big gain in their TRON shares and do not want to pay U.S. Taxes.
