Defies reason:+holders will have-to-pay the R/S-fee charged by brokerages for their trouble swapping the shares. Adds Insult to injury MO, so why? Shares will NOT be reduced after the R/S, so each share will not be worth proportionately more, which is the usual offset, is how I recall the filing.
Maybe some feel the value is so little, loss already so great, might as well hold but buying more??? Loading up the manure truck? (Would love to see that dumped in front of Tom's front door, it'll make his flowers grow.)
