I got an email update from the STLT CEO, the one that most of the convertible debt is owed to and one of the two insiders holding 66% of the restricted OS shares. It was amass email from him to those in the company database that signed up over the years for updates.

Basically said he and the company are still working the plan, operating, working on possible deals, drug trials, better financing and so on, and a Happy New Year wish with a thanks to faithful longs hanging in there.

Right now this is so way oversold, and way way way undervalued I am a buyer of share dumps here this low. Still under 10 Mil shares in the float. Assets were valued at something like 10-15 times the market cap today. Float is valued at $80,000 today at the best bid, for a biotech with a real OTC- pain killing rub on product selling at Walmart.

I was wondering whose bid that was.

This stock has been dead, twice before. Once when the oil and gas well partners they had went belly up because Nat Gas prices fell 80% back around 2010. Cris picked up the ball and took over and made it a biotech, the current CEO was one of the main money investors before Cris turned over the reigns to John.

The second time it died, was when the auditors killed it for about 6 months, 10-K was late to redo the prior one, and when it was all said and done the prior 10-K had undervalued a company they had bought and the stock soared to about .86/share, LOL. Then they came out with Venodol, which works great. They did have a loss on another biotech they invested in before the Venodol came out...

I just don't think we have seen the last of STLT here. The CEO did release recent year email saying they are working on things, as in alive and kicking.

Phone and website work, but no one answers the phone

Website says they are sold out of STLT Venodol, but they had $500,000 of it at cost in Inventory last year.

Just ordered some using Amazon Prime, they have it in stock, as does Walmart.

No share printing, or selling, but no phone voice mail, just rings, and email replies or bounces.

My guess is they are working on financials, financing, and news. But it may be a while. If I get bored I may try to reach then via other routs, but it looks like they are in gaged quite period.

Way too many assets sitting in this for it not to be trading at 30-50 times the bid.

Very odd and unusual what has happened here.

More signs of life here day 2, and someone bought $1200 in shares recently at the ask at an 80%(?) premium with news.

Walmart is still their Venodol, I bought some more recently.

Could the CEO be doing a merger? Buyout?

What happened to Celtic Biotech? They own it and it was valued at 10 times the current market cap.

Less that 10 mil share OS, insiders, the ex and current CEO hold about 2/3rds of the issued shares.

First time they went dark for 6 months, the stock rallied 500% when the reports were corrected and update.
