also, it too depends HOW the market goes there, the velocity

if the momo is strong it may cut right through it (numbers)

if it starts grinding as approaching it, then that's big money positioning and is more likely to work out for a bottoming

grinding is but one form, another is violent zigs, both are signs of big elephants trying the pool ;)
