He DIDNT cross paths with Rufus, that is why the "emergency meeting" took place. Klugh thought he had heard the name Rufus Harris, but had never met the man. (talked to him myself)
When Klugh found out his name was being used, he must have stirred some waves, because the very next day, Rufus canned the entire BOD and Klugh was no longer on the CVSU.US website.
Strange that a man such a James Klugh was on the BOD of a company that he didnt know existed. HUMMMMM????
