Hmmm. I don't know. He was certainly able to send a holiday greeting on December 22, 2016 when things were apparently more upbeat. I guess in 2016, he was able to remove his head from where the sun doesn't shine.

I assume you meant "observing". Because if he was "observant" he surely would have noticed that a lot of the people to whom he expressed the following wishes several weeks ago (the "Dear IPIX Shareholders")....

....would have liked to have been (or would like to be if you prefer) apprised of any BTD and term sheet developments in something approximating real time.
Then again there are those who are perfectly happy not knowing, aren't there?
