It can be good and it could raise the value and bring in bigger investors (but the product better be a money maker), or be fatal for a share holder especially if the price drops immediately after the RS. IMO, I would want out before a RS, they rarely turn out to be a good thing for anyone involved, especially in OTC. You can get out and save face and always get back in again later, or stay in and take that gamble. Remember, you can ALWAYS get back in. If you lose your money, you can't.
