Do you really promise people here a Nasdaq uplisting with 1,2b o/s without reverse split in a merger play?
That´s misleading. Doesn´t happen in merger plays in the real world.
No one takes over a 1,2b o/s stock with 800m float and uplists it without large reverse split.
If you have a company and you want to go public, you look for a shell and the intention is that the company holds major part of the outstanding shares. Result retail will be wiped out.
You don´t give people who bought shares at subpenny level your company!
It´s more likely this is a pump and dump and that´s the reason you expect no reverse split.
Solid companies don´t talk about uplisting before there is one sec filing. They would not like comments on twitter about the stock. And promoters were also invovled in the run-up.
Not difficult to see what this is! But that´s shareholders luck! Because otherwise 1 for 1000 would be sure.
