Absolutely false. The judgments are all real, and enforcable.

Claiming that a judgment is gone, as in the DC photog case, when HHSE paid lawyers over $10,000 in fees, and then paid a settlement to the photog, the amount of which has never been revealed, is not a "victory" for HHSE.

The original claim was for $1,000.

HHSE's brilliant CEO turned a $1,000 claim into at least $15,000 expense for the company, by failing to respond to the original lawsuit.
He's a complete idiot.
