In case there is a word game being played here, let's draw the important distinction between a frivolous / fraudulent "lawsuit" and a valid and enforceable court "judgement". While HHSE can posture as much as it likes on pending lawsuits, the court judgments are current liabilities of the company as HHSE lost or forfeited its legal remedies. HHSE continues to alienate the long and growing list of creditors which makes full payment with a cashiers check the only palatable outcome for most if not all.
