Before he went quiet, Vic said that they won't be saying much until they release their rebuttal in case they want to pursue legal action against Grego. This is what their legal team advised them to do.

Legal doesn't want Vic saying anything. They are likely taking legal action against Grego and crew. When you are a public company trading on the NYSE, you leave the Wild West ways of the OTC behind.
