Plug Power, the Latham, New York fuel cell manufacturer, plans to sell up to 21.2 million shares of common stock owned by two major shareholders.

"We will receive no proceeds from any resale of the shares of common stock by the selling stockholders, but we have agreed to pay certain registration expenses," Plug's filing said."
