So Agrimed is going to get the money for the sale to Mari-med, than use that money for the CBD venture and roll everything into Univec. Dalton is going to divee out all the shares he owns with his new partners. The shares that he bought when he drove the company into the dirt and bought back billions of shares. His partner Goldman said they were going after the monster big bucks. Sounds like the plan to make it happen.
