Yeah, they are pretty maxed out but they have to get current first. Maybe they current pump is what they are waiting for. Post the filings near the peak of the pump to get another boost out of it. When that peeks, announce a RS and dump like crazy into the highest price possible.

NOUV will increase their authorized or do a reverse split. Because they are broke somethings got to give as they are almost, if not already, fully diluted.
