Great post Stockfun1. Very informative info. Merry Christmas to you as well. Yeup yesterday action was as if someone knows something good is on the horizon. Hope the volume picks up and the PPS moves north as well.

So it would seem that the JV is more probable than the license. Seems like the license may not even happen. Being that both JV options are OTC, the logical conclusion is that the PPS Won’t increase as high as previously anticipated should the JV come to fruition.

That is SA, holding us up for ransom. They want to rob the equipment. Best pack up and move to a U.S. State where it is legal. If they want to grow on that farm later, fine.

Total bullshit to pay that kind of money and setup a whole company for a License that may not come. Sounds like more stalling on SA part. If I were TXTM l would tell them to blow it out of their ass who needs games like that. Go elsewhere their shit stinks !!!

Since you speak with the Duff's, suggest a reasonable commission to the Africans. Not to exceed a certain amount. Or tell the Africans, we're leaving. That will get our license.

Stockfun1, TXTM CAN'T put $500K on Cannabis biz? Then I fully understand South African Gov't to NOT give licence to such a small and NOT serious player?

They will give it to someone who actually has a real functional and in place operation, totally understandable? You don't give that kind of licence to an EMPTY SHELL company, right?

'...SAPHRA surprised them with a request for them to now COMPLETELY OUT FIT the entire operation to fully functioning capacity, (building, utilities, workers, equipment, security, permits, etc. etc.), and once complete SAPHRA would come in,.... inspect, and POTENTIALLY give license. The estimated cost to outfit entire operation is close to a $500K investment. Without any guarantees of a license in the end.

This request was in contradiction to the wording of the application ( stating that “Provisional Licensing” would be granted without these requirements upfront. TXTM felt that to spend this amount without guarantees of Licensure was unwise and did not produce good shareholder value...
'

Stockfun1, soooooo, we need-to COMPLETELY OUT-FIT the entire-operation now or not hehehe?
