My theory? The same thing that happened to CAFS (or in process of doing) The AS is now 75m. They wipe out current share holders with a RS, then raise the OS making the current shares worthless. Hope I'm wrong, but unfortunately this is what's going down. Piece of shit company, I'm not a basher just being honest. I have a 100k shares here.
The last RS I was in was a lot worse than this at 100-1. Was at a penny pre split so the shares became $1. There was a dip down to .60 right after, then shot up to $2.60 within a month or so. This is only 20-1 so I’m hoping it won’t be that bad. We will have to wait and see. They could be freeing up space to issue shares in exchange for assets which wouldn’t be terrible
