Gestalt, they will not be going back to Paulson. As pressure builds for more cash, they will have to decide on a better source of new capital. I expect some type of debt financing with a conversion feature. IMO, there is no straight debt financing option until CYDY has revenue to pay it back, so the convertible option will be required.
