5 million company with 0 assets. Because they outrageously lie having 500-800 million assets and somebody always going to believe hence 5 million value based on nothing.

there are no "owned assets" and this $620MM figure is a total fantasy from management foisted on people who now cannot admit that they've been defrauded -
