Your chart link doesn't produce a chart.

By that, I mean that clicking on the link in your message will open a new browser tab containing that chart address but no chart will be drawn. Even if I put the mouse cursor at the end of that address in the new tab and press Enter at the keyboard, that process still will not produce a chart.

I manually modified the link to make it work -- sort of. Clicking on my link will also not produce a chart in a separate tab. But if you go to that tab, then put the mouse cursor at the end of the link and press Enter, the chart will be drawn.

This is true for both Chrome and Firefox browsers.
