Absolutely false. There is no quiet period in place because nothing has been filed with the SEC.

NHPI CEO Mr. Doherty confirms the merger is still being finished and he can not say anything about it. BTW he also replied in other tweets to shareholders as has been copied and pasted on this board for all who read the real DD. All investors know about the quiet period when the last of the SEC filings are being finished up. Read his response here. See everyone at nickels and dimes very soon then we head for dollars in 2019 IMO as our CEO plans on taking the company to the Nasdaq at the end of 2019! It is all in my bold DD posts daily.

There is nutting false here. I am not sure how many companies you have started up, managed, listed and made them a very successful venture for all involved. We have legal obligations etc, there is lots I would like to say but we have to wait. If you don’t believe, don’t buy !!
