The company has done things that don't make sense if they were a fraud, like the whole thing regarding the cash dividend and TRW. For instance they could have used some of the ill gotten gains to actually pay a dividend to build confidence and boost the share price, then continue the dilution to milk silly investors further. This seems more like a train wreck than a castle in the clouds.
