This isn’t like passing a law in February 2018 that won’t be enacted until January 2019
This is passing a law on 12/20/18 that will be enacted on 1/1/19
The actual growth of the Hemp-CBD industry (and the mechanics of it) as a result of January 1, 2019 federal Hemp-CBD legalization is going to be the story that’s told over and over and over again during the Winter, Spring and Summer of 2019
So it’s not like we have some small window of time to get massive media coverage and then Hemp Legalization will be forgotten about
This isn’t just a story about passing some legislation 18 months before it goes into effect
This is a story about Federal Hemp Legalization starting on 1/1/19 in America
With every passing day as we move through the first few months of 2019, the story will be getting richer and more complex as the industry grows in a post-hemp legalization world — banking, investing, marketing, advertising, credit card processing will all radically change the Hemp-CBD industry in America in 2019 — there will be very hot subsectors like Hemp-CBD Oil and Hemp-CBD Beverages and there will be far greater dissemination of products — there will be all kinds of partnerships and acquisitions taking place — this will be a very dynamic industry for the business owner, as well as for customers in the CBD industry
This is a story with a thousand angles — there are many important ones I haven’t mentioned such as the impact of hemp legalization on legislation to legalize MJ
And don’t forget about the field size of Hemp-CBD stocks with good products — it is a very tiny field of stocks
Great story + Actually changes operational metrics of companies + Very rapid growth = Media interest AND Investor interest
So if a little bit of media attention is diverted to the government shutdown or some other issue over the next few days, it’s really not anything that will impact these stocks in 2019
