Why the hell does everyone think NASDAQ is magically going to happen one day after the bill signing? It's not as if NASDAQ told them "Hey the day after it signs you are approved." There will be other things to do for uplisting after the bill passes. IF NASDAQ approves them.

My perspective - It is the Christmas Holidays, nothing will happen until after the New Year re uplist. Chances are there are yet items to be checked off the application. Then a few more back and forth questions. Once that happens, CVSI has 3 days to make an announcement, after that, what a week or two before the uplist will occur. Realistically, I think mid-January at the earliest. But that's only me.
I guess I come from a different era, before the internet, and things took much longer. I'm good with a few weeks.

NASDAQ uplisting tomorrow?

I hope not. It's the end of the year. Books are closing for anyone with money to invest. Few people want to buy stock at the end of the year. The market is dead right now, and even those buying on the dip are not that interested. I'm all for uplisting after the first of the year and everything settles down and investors are getting pumped to figure out how to make money. If we uplisted tomorrow or in the next few days it would be anti-climactic and we wouldn't see any surge at all. Once we get in a good running market in January, THEN uplift and we should see this thing soar.
