No apparent reason but someone spent $15K this week.

I don't understand how anyone can justify purchasing that many shares when the company is dark there is a STOP sign on OTC and it will take thousands of $$$ in fees to bring the company current.

Tax selling? Could have been. But someone spent $15K this week. Even flirted with 3's.
