I think the CEO is an idiot asshole who doesn’t deserve this public vehicle. He let it go to shit and is getting sued in federal court for fraud. Only thing that will save this is a settlement where he either sells the shell, or conducts a RM. that happens and we’re solid, it doesn’t and we’re toast.
