First, who are you? What is your involvement with CEGX? Second, CEGX and Cardinal are/were the same guys. They structured and sold the Bradford. Thee is no way to disassociate them. They were just scamming more money by being the "operator". Last, new management cant ignore past fraud. New management hasn't performed on anything they have promised. Current management is acting the same as last. Maybe you know why someone is keeping this company on life support?

And yeah, they are currently not the manager of the project today because there isn't one. They also no longer hold the rights to the Bradford leases and the CEGX operator P-5 is delinquent and not allowed to operate.

CEGX was a wholly owned subsidiary of Cardinal Energy Group. The same people ran both entities even though the new management tried to tell us they were separate (they are not). Tim Crawford was the creator of both entities. CEGX was the "Operator" arm of Cardinal which was used to funnel money from their garbage drilling programs to Tim and Cardinal. Paul Carlisle was running the same scams with garbage leases they knew wouldn't perform.
