Yeah "real" company is an understatement to me as far as being used to following OTC stocks. CLWD has consistently been an antithesis of pretty much any other Pink in that they don't put out press releases, even when they would be justified. Case in point is this recent 8K. Another one looooooooong ago was when a lender "Wings Fund" took stock instead of being paid back; that occurred years ago FYI.
Also, politics aside, the fact that Brad Parscale is Donald Trumps 2020 re-election campaign mangager says that its likely that many many eyes could come in CLWD's direction..
