No it wont...the old money foolishly thrown at this pig at significantly higher prices is long gone. Those prices wont be seen again as these OTC company crooks know at exactly what price point they set the hooks. Any subsequent price moves up (stock promotions) will be kept well below previous highs ensuring trader handcuffs remain in place. The last thing these OTC ISSUER SCUM want to do is to allow an existing victim to escape when they have fresh hooks in the water.
