Maybe, although I agree with your statement, Ken also has to provide something juicy. He hasn't tweeted about MDCN since 11/27 referring to a merger that we would hear about this month. Given it is only the 20th, we do have holidays coming and I bet he will be silent throughout. He hasn't been prompt on his time frames. If he were to go current with NVSOS, IMO that would immediately bring people swarming here, that morning. The board will be bananas. That's just my experience on being a part of those situations.. Who knows, he said November, in October, and December in November. His go too line seems to be "next month". I still think MDCN is a possible sleeping giant ready to be woken soon. IMO
