I called twice today as well. First time got transferred to Joes full mailbox. So called a second time I asked the secretary to take my number so he could call me back and talk about why some folks orders aren’t working. No call but one better be coming soon. I’ll update the board either way. This is concerning to me guys. Full mailboxes. Lack of response. If they would respond at all saying, yeah, “we are growing fast and just need to get more staff to catch up” I would love it. Need a response. Im heavily invested here, I’m not bashing, so please don’t call this knit-picking. I have a genuine concern.
On the positive. I was able to order the pain balm tonite from Virginia. Is it possible that some states, like PA, where a bunch of the folks that can’t place an order from, just aren’t allowing it yet? If so, tomorrow’s signing should change it, I’d think?
