Kool Aid sure hit the nail on the head. One delay after the next. I'm holding strong only been here a year. Another one and I'll be just as frustrated.

IMO Alper/Cann10 was relatively inconsequential to the Dharma application. Again IMO-- the main reasons the approval was granted was primarily a result of--

1) Two wealthy financial backers who (a) assured the board they had a secured a specific location for the facility and (b) the deep pockets to make good on the opportunity. Also--

2) A member of the Virginia Board of Pharmacy who wrote a letter of support/ endorsement for Dharma.

Alper may well have had a hand in filling out the application, but who helped the others? How did THEY get approved without the (cough cough) "expertise" of Joshua Alper and his cohorts in Israel? Apparently the others did just fine with their applications and are presumably already on their way to developing their operations. So clearly Alper/Cann10 don't exactly have a corner on any market aside from whatever products they've created.

As things stand now, Dharma seems in a holding pattern waiting for the coal boys to make up their minds about which business they want to put in their vacant mall.
