Is Beach Craft Spirits a Rooshine DIRECTOR company?

Because that's what Rooshine does, right? ('boomerang contracts' between THEMSELVES?)

At least Beach Craft Spirits behavior on Twitter looks like they are run by Rooshine DIRECTORS because they re-tweet just about EVERY promotion tweets by Rooshine?

Why do they need to issue FIVE (5) BBBBillion MORE shares?

Why they DID NOT reduce A/S to 750 million but instead KEPT IT at that ATROCIOUS 5.5 BBBBillion?
