It’s still on the OTC right now. 90% of those on these boards are fools and just follow the crowd. No reason for it to have sudden jumps. Once these new deals are final and close, it will make its way up where it should be. But sadly, until it gets off the OTC, it will continue to have small fish flippers screwing with the price. The “market” gets a lot of stuff wrong, all of the time.
