Maybe he forgot to pay but all the income and assets are real? Maybe banks believe all the assets and businesses too but the megaloan note got lost? Maybe they have a lot of production and customers but customers accidentally paid on old bank account and money got lost? And Solly's phone camera is broken and so are the ones on their customer's phones, never seen with customers what a shame no evidence? Same with the big harvests never get photo just bad luck battery died every time but they are real?
He isn't "reckless". He is coping with a scam that has nothing and trying to fake and keep up the appearances.
