Was down 24% for the year 3 weeks ago, 13% less than a week ago, and now only down 6%. Yes, and have 72% of 15 years of gains put away, most of which is earning 2%-3%. Well yes, and I should mention some of those gains were used to buy real estate in 2011, which has now over doubled in value.
