mrBig-this is_the FIRST_time apdn has_gotten "going_concern" opinion from its auditor, MarcumLLP.
if u are unfamiliar with this type of auditor's opinion, u should look it up.
it is a BIG deal.
among other reasons, it means even Marcum has enuff concern about apdn going under that it's covering its backside in the event lawsuits emerge - even at the risk of straining its relationship with apdn and ultimately losing its biz if it doesn't go belly up.
NO auditor, and i mean NO auditor, wants 2issue a "going concern" opinion on one on its own CLIENTs -- as u can imagine it doesn't exactly endear them 2the client.
and, u can bet apdn mgt was fighting like crazy 2get marcum 2hold off on including it.
that's why i said the most recent mostly-mgt financings were probably timed 2try and stave off the "going concern" paragraph.
BTW - even tho i held a long position in apdn-albeit tiny 400 shares last week - i was honest enough 2share my negative opinions regarding the stock over the weekend, b4 unloading them at the open.
so, i said i'd bot some, which was true...then had misgivings and shared those reflections with all before i could sell them...and then shared i'd sold them.
i'm actually a basically honest individual...unlike individual-1.
