Dew, I don't think the market knows science. While cash is the issue, ADXS has stayed its course with pipeline all and all.

According to today’s CC, ADXS will continue to spend money on the NEO program even after the AMGN partnership formally ends on 2/8/18. Either: a) Management is crazy negligent; or b) There’s a third party who’s interested in picking up these costs.
