If Oilphant and Umbra are pointing in the right direction in regards to SNP growing in the JDZ, I would be surprised if they don't come up with a rig somehow/someway. Their pocketbook is as laden as any other player out there.
What's your take on the DOJ/SEC investigation? Did it come about after CVX/XOM got the steel toe on enhancing their interests in the JDZ?
