Kingpindg, what you left out of your translation of that article is the beginning part of the article and the title. It appears that Kosmos and ANP STP were embroiled in an alleged scandal involving $60,000...and when they say alleged scandal, I think they mean an alleged bribe!!!
This could be the nail in the coffin for Kosmos's case, especially if they have in any way allegedly violated the FCPA.
