Good question. I have wondered the same thing. Did ADXS try to renegotiate with Amgen, whether for NEO or something to do with HOT also, and Amgen became annoyed? Did Amgen think ADXS was dragging its feet on NEO to help HOT or to punish Amgen for not taking HOT also? Did ADXS refuse to partner NEO with a checkpoint inhibitor, as leverage? Did ADXS apply additional pressure on Amgen by making the first HOT indication NSCLC? Did Amgen have enough of any or all of this and just pull the plug?
