you aren't filing lawsuits in HK either -

they won't take the lawsuit - guaranteed - because it requires your AMERICAN LAWYER has to use a HK BARRISTER - and there's no business that SCAMCO actually controls that is in HK.

forget it - because SCAMCO is in AMERICA and TRIWAY is their fake scam subsidiary in HK which isn't a party to the decisonmaking by USA SCAMCO SIAF - so you have nothing to sue them for....

on the other hand - you have this wonderful opportunity to sue the board of directors (in Malaysia!!!!!) because the one and only USA citizen "was" the late CFO dannyboy.

basically your best opportunity is to sell -

Bingo!!! Another one that actually thinks anyone on this board can do more damage than what SIAF (Solomon party of 1)has already done. Snow, you do understand the this company has essentially 1 person on the BOD.....do you think that is by mistake?

I would not be surprised if FD is trying to take over TRW at the expense of ordinary shareholders. But in my book it does not make sense to file a lawsuit before the wrongdoing has happened.
