from following the pacer thread, it appears as though the three defendants want a discussion regarding the complaint...not sure if it is with the sec counsel or the judge. appears as though the judge has granted approval of the sec counsel to submit a response to the defendants request. No idea of what the discussion will be about exactly, we can guess, but it shows that the process is moving forward...that's about all that can really be told from it...at least they are not sitting on it...Me thinks we will not move until there is some idea of where this is all going...unless Rik suprises us with some sort of newsworthy event! If anyone out there can add to this please do!
