RGLG successfully made it through all the steps of the Reverse Merger process, in short order. We essentially have a clean shell with an OS of 58 milly and zero convertible debt.
True its speculation, as we don't know who the merger candidate is, and are "waiting to find out". I wish I had more information on this, but don't. But maybe, just maybe... we should wait to see who the merger candidate is first, before calling it a Circus Scam.
The OS here is better than what NUG$ had when it ran from .03 to $7 bucks. You seen what Arcaro did with NUG$ didn't you? Most folks know that some of Arcaro's shell deals turned out to be duds, but others have been zip code changers.
I'm not betting the farm on this one, but the risk to reward scenario here suggests its worth having some money on it, should it go to dollars.
Put a few dollars in this and who knows... you might be able to move to Hawaii.
