it takes far longer then that to drill and actually produce. But at least in the paid press release they stated that they have contracted outside companies for the work as I stated before PED and their under companies are not capable of doing this work on its own. Larger producing wells will take at least a year to come on line and that's if they have close to them collecting facilities or they have to build and plumb piping to those as well. But it is positive that ped is exploring ( spud ) to see what they have.It is a long process but oil can be profitable in the long run. I still feel it is very possible and likely this action is just another step to make ped attractive to a buy out
