Well thanks for that piece of information that means nothing when it comes to the GOIG / CubeIT merger... key here, that folks like yourself are missing, is not what Ike is doing or has done or anything about GOIG for that matter...all you and everyone else should be doing is as much DD on CubeIT as you possibly can....if you do that DD you will see that this is going to be a big win for those who are holding shares when the merger is completed.
CubeIT is a real company, with real revenue, and a product that is in demand, and the demand will only grow as more and more states legalize MJ as well as with bills like the farm bill that is going to be signed and the bill to lift restrictions on banking for certain aspects of the MJ sector that is currently in the Senate and has the votes to pass.
You worry about Ike, I am worried about the taxes I will be paying on the money made from this merger.
