The interesting thing regarding the future of the share structure is that the Series A stock is convertible to 10 common shares, so fate of all the respective shares seem intertwined going forward. It will all depend on when the shares are convertible and what happens in terms of a potential reverse split between now and then. But it's all a bunch of unknowns for now.
Agreed the prior NHPI CEO made out like a bandit assuming he disposed of his shares at or above current prices, but there is certainly a market for a clean shell, so that was well played.
