Does it make sense to you that he said he's talking to the SEC when 1- they are not SEC filers and 2- SEC doesn't have as far as I know anything to do with giving ok's on mergers or stock?
Or is it just hyperbole to sell more stock to the masses.

The interesting thing regarding the future of the share structure is that the Series A stock is convertible to 10 common shares, so fate of all the respective shares seem intertwined going forward. It will all depend on when the shares are convertible and what happens in terms of a potential reverse split between now and then. But it's all a bunch of unknowns for now.

Agreed the prior NHPI CEO made out like a bandit assuming he disposed of his shares at or above current prices, but there is certainly a market for a clean shell, so that was well played.
