Money has been siphoning out of the market for at least a month now. At the very least. IMO. Awaiting the Farm Bill. IMO. You can’t price in the end of prohibition of weed if you the market declines the closer you get to the approval. the brisk run up of the weed market was at least two years ago, and been in decline ever since. ( this statement is a overall statement, not specific to any one stock)
Look at your long holds on your weed stocks over the past 12 months. That will give you your own answer weather or not the farm bill in priced in.
