i mean currently..from october to present..my troubles started in mid september...and i think the subscriber count is much higher now--like i said..i've had this service for about a year now...and over summer..short wait items didn't take 6-8 weeks---don't get me wrong..i am very courtious when i email the company..and understand fully what is entailed..as in getting a few thousand add ons(subscribers)..in a few weeks..may be putting a short term pinch on them --and what concerns me "a little"..is what you said last:
"but if they are doing a push to get subs, they better not screw up being able to handle the load"

ps..the same thing happened last december to me..only it was much worse then..they have made tremendous improvements(imo)
