If that is the case SEC should intervene and stop this vicious cycle. I guess 50% of all the penny stocks here on OTC would be out of business if SEC intervened in these kind of tactics.
Lets hope American Green management is smarter than that and willing to take the right road to success and grow the company organically. If MJ becomes a big business and the government and all 50 states legalize it all, there will be no need to pull these tactics because their will be a big demand for MJ products and American Green has a few Aces up their sleeves to make their business profitable and more legit to a point the float could be shrunk without negative impact to overall stock price because there is organic revenue growth. I would not mind holding a smaller lot of shares if I knew American Green is profitable for the foreseeable future.
Doing a R/S on Co going nowhere is the kiss of death to the shareholders plain and simple. Its black and white, any fool that does not agree does not know anything about investing in small penny stock companies. Look at ABWN as an example it will teach you something about R/S on a Co with no revenue.
